About the project

The Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.

Projects involve developing integrations in SOA architecture, modernizing existing flows and maintaining integration services. The environment includes CRM, billing, middleware and operational platforms, with cooperation across multiple countries.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and developing integrations in Oracle AIA / SOA Suite / OSB;
  • Analyzing and resolving integration issues;
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing flows;
  • Creating BPEL, Mediator and OSB services;
  • Handling deployment lifecycle and configuration migrations;
  • Creating technical documentation;
  • Collaboration with technical and business teams.

Our requirements

  • Experience with Oracle AIA / SOA / OSB;
  • Very good knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP/REST;
  • Experience with integrations in large enterprise environments;
  • Ability to diagnose and monitor integration flows;
  • Communication and organizational skills.

Optional

  • Experience with Siebel/BRM/OSM integrations;
  • Knowledge of WebLogic;
  • Experience with CI/CD.

Projects include maintaining the CRM ecosystem and its integrations with back‑office systems. Tasks cover environment stabilization, development and optimization of operational processes, automation of monitoring and deployments. You will collaborate with development, integration and business teams.
