We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Trainer to lead internal training initiatives for our technical teams, including programmers and business analysts. No formal teaching experience is required, but a strong desire to share knowledge and the ability to teach others are essential!
What will you do?
- Adapt and utilize existing third-party training materials to develop tailored training sessions for internal employees, focusing on a broad range of AI skills.
- Deliver training sessions based on our established curriculum, ensuring employees understand key concepts and techniques in AI and machine learning.
- Organize assessment sessions to evaluate employees’ skills and knowledge after training, providing scores and feedback to guide their development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and technical requirements.
- Support employees in their learning journey by offering guidance, mentorship and resources to enhance their understanding of AI concepts.
- Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages questions and collaborative problem-solving among employees.
What do we require from you?
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithms, techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model validation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with MLOps practices and familiarity with frameworks such as Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, or Kubeflow for managing machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others grow, with strong soft skills for delivering clear and effective training.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and engage learners with diverse technical backgrounds.
- No formal teaching experience required, but a strong desire to share knowledge and train others is essential.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
