Verify factual grounding, ensuring outputs contain no fabricated or unauthorized content.
Document issues with clear logs and reports for technical and content teams. Test alternative prompt versions; assess how wording changes affect AI behavior.
Provide user‑centric insights to refine conversational experience and policy.
requirements-expected :
Degree in Linguistics, Philology, Communication, or Conversation Design.
Exceptional attention to linguistic detail; ability to spot subtle inconsistencies.
Comfortable with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt crafting.
Analytical mindset; experience working with qualitative data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (soft skills are essential).
English: C1.
