About the project You will join a Data & Insights initiative focused on developing solutions that leverage artificial intelligence for data analysis and business process automation. The project is delivered in a Microsoft Azure environment and involves building systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrations with business systems. We are looking for an AI Tech Lead who will take responsibility for designing and developing AI-based solutions while guiding a team of engineers. The role combines technical leadership with active involvement in architectural decisions and implementation of AI systems. Designing and evolving architectures for AI solutions based on LLMs, RAG pipelines and generative models Leading technical decisions related to AI system architecture and integrations Supporting the implementation of AI-powered applications in Azure environments Mentoring engineers and providing technical guidance to the development team Designing integrations between AI services and existing business systems Ensuring scalability, quality and architectural consistency of delivered solutions Collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Participating in architecture reviews, code reviews and technical documentation Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Experience designing or developing AI / Generative AI solutions Strong background in software engineering (preferably Python) Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments Excellent communication skills in Polish and English Remote work with occasional visits to our office and to the client – work from home while having the possibility (and sometimes the need) to meet at our office in Wrocław Individual development path – plan your growth together with your leader, with access to external training and knowledge-sharing sessions Engaging projects – work on impactful solutions across various industries (e-learning, energy, finance, manufacturing, logistics) International teams and clients – develop your English and/or German in real project environments Language classes – English and German lessons funded by the company Benefits package – private healthcare (LuxMed), life insurance (Unum) and a Multisport card
