responsibilities :
Designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs across multiple business use cases
Fine-tuning pre-trained models with domain-specific data for accuracy improvement
Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and managing vector databases
Developing scalable NLP, ML, and AI systems that support business goals
Applying AI best practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability
Writing and maintaining efficient, production-grade Python code
Using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment
Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
Deploying and scaling AI models on Azure and GCP environments
Presenting complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly
requirements-expected :
Proven experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
Hands-on knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databases
Strong foundation in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
Proficiency in Python and experience working with SQL
Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD automation
Experience working on Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms
Ability to align AI solutions with fairness and ethical standards
Strong skills in communicating technical ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI systems
