requirements-expected :
Have minimum 5 years of experience in AI and data-driven solutions, with proven ability to design and implement AI-powered products addressing complex business challenges,
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deconstruct business problems and shape AI-enabled solutions, including practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) for commercial use,
Are skilled in prioritizing tasks dynamically and leading teams to deliver AI initiatives, applying project management frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) effectively,
Have data-driven mindset with focus on product metrics, user impact, and continuous improvement; confident communicator who secures stakeholder buy-in and energizes teams,
Preferred: STEM degree (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, automation, or related disciplines).
