We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep technical expertise in designing and implementing enterprise AI systems. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a managerial position. The ideal candidate will actively work with code, configuration, and cloud services to deliver robust AI solutions, including GenAI integration, AIOps foundations, and governance frameworks.
You will be responsible for architecting and implementing AI systems, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Design and implement AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agent-based systems).
Build AIOps capabilities: SLO/SLI design, monitoring, rollback automation, prompt/policy versioning.
Configure and integrate cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AKS, Functions, Event Hubs).
Implement security and governance controls: policy-as-code, access management, audit trails.
Develop observability tools (telemetry, tracing, safety counters, cost monitoring).
Required Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience integrating GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks) into production systems.
Strong knowledge of AIOps and SRE practices (SLO/SLI, CI/CD for prompts and policies, incident management).
Proficiency in coding and cloud configuration (preferably Microsoft Azure).
Practical understanding of data governance, privacy, and AI safety guardrails.
Experience with telemetry, rollback strategies, and automation.
Candidate Profile:
7+ years in software/AI engineering, including 3+ years delivering production-grade AI systems.
Comfortable working directly with code and technical configurations.
Experience in OT/IoT environments and edge AI is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP ecosystem and hybrid retrieval methods is desirable.
