deepsense.ai is seeking a talented AI Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on building robust, scalable AI-powered applications and systems. In this role, youll bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and cutting-edge AI technologies, working closely with our machine learning engineers and data scientists to create production-ready AI solutions. Your expertise will drive the development of intelligent applications that solve real-world problems across diverse industries.

You Must Have:

• a minimum of 3-5 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and modern software development practices,
• a genuine interest in AI application development, in particular in Generative AI applications and Large Language Model (LLM) integration,
• experience with web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and building RESTful APIs for AI services,
• proficiency with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI applications,
• strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, particularly microservices and event-driven architectures,
• experience with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and data processing frameworks relevant to AI applications,
• familiarity with version control systems, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines,
• excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in distributed AI systems,
• strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with external clients as well as cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, data scientists, and engineering managers.

Bonus Skills:

• solid understanding of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience integrating ML models into production applications,
• knowledge of vector databases and similarity search systems for AI applications,
• experience with real-time streaming data processing and event-driven architectures,
• familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including model monitoring and automated retraining pipelines,
• background in distributed systems and high-performance computing,
• experience with frontend technologies for building AI-powered user interfaces,
• professional cloud certifications, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with AWS and Azure also valued.
