AI Software Architect

Your responsibilities

• Design and architect a scalable AI-powered Customer Care Platform using Azure AI services and Genesys Cloud on AWS
• Integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Machine Learning to automate customer interactions
• Select and implement Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework) and seamlessly connect them with Genesys Cloud
• Define and implement a robust microservices architecture with a focus on performance, security, and compliance
• Work closely with DevOps teams to automate and scale the platform efficiently
• Support the API strategy to ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and ERP systems
• Monitor and continuously optimize AI models to improve customer interactions and service quality

Our requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Several years of experience in architecting AI-driven cloud applications, ideally with Azure AI stack and AWS
• Strong expertise in Conversational AI, NLP, and Machine Learning technologies
• Solid understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, API management, and DevOps processes
• Knowledge of data privacy and security in AI-powered systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• English Level: B2
• Experience with Genesys Cloud (e.g., routing, bot integration, voice & chat AI) on AWS
