responsibilities :

Lead O2D transformation initiatives for global clients, using AI technologies (GenAI/Agentic AI/ML) / SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices
Identify, design and implement high-impact improvements across O2D processes (order management, logistics, GTM, customer service)
Support the creation of AI strategies, roadmaps and value assessments / SAP implementation strategies, templates and rollouts
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end O2D solutions
Support business development activities including preparing pitches, presentations and contributions to RFPs
Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape transformation goals, manage expectations and ensure high-quality delivery
Contribute to internal capability building (AI enablement / SAP knowledge sharing) and support team upskilling

requirements-expected :

Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation programs (AI / SAP / both)
Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes
Hands-on experience with AI technologies and their business applications / SAP S/4HANA (preferably SD module)
Ability to structure complex problems, design solutions and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders
Experience working in dynamic, multicultural environments with diverse expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Readiness to travel
