What youll bring:
- Excellent software engineering skills in Python
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud services on AWS
- Strong understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, prompt orchestration, tool calling, retrieval augmentation, agent frameworks
- Working knowledge of (or strong interest in) MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and emerging AI interoperability standards
- Deep focus on software security: threat modeling, least privilege, secrets management, secure API design, supply chain considerations
- A test-first mindset: unit, integration, contract, and automation testing at scale
- Ability to learn and apply multiple languages or stacks pragmatically (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, ownership, iterative delivery, outcome focus
