As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, you will participate in international projects, leading projects and programs for our global market internal and external clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our clients trough they transformation and organization change journeys. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services. First expected project would be roll-out of the internal AI tool for different locations and accounts globally.

• A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within distributed multicultural environments including hand-on experience on AI-related projects.
• Experience driving AI transformation programs.
• Understanding of Agentic AI developments frameworks, methodologies, protocols and Agent to agent interoperability.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change management.
• Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Nice to have:

• Further European language.
• Experience in working at consulting companies.
• Experience in change management or business analysis. -
• Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis certification.
