About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Program Manager to join our Corporate IT & Data Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the rollout of the SD Worx AI program.

This role involves managing multiple tracks, together with the to be identified track leaders. Some example tracks that will be part of this program include: defining an AI technology strategy, assuring this AI strategy gets embedded into the division-specific strategies, deploying an AI training kit, building an AI legal & compliance framework, creating AI awareness & evangelism, AI security, following up on key AI use cases, and division-specific AI roadmaps.

What do you have to offer?

• Excellent stakeholder management on all levels including C-level, across all business units
• Proven experience in program management (5+ years), preferably within a technology area
• Strong interest and understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in a corporate environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Which tasks can you expect?

• Coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the AI program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Defining the AI technology strategy, together with your colleagues from the AI center of excellence
• Driving AI awareness, communications, and evangelism within and outside of SD Worx
