As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products the engineering team builds, leading cross‑functional teams from ideation through launch.
  • Build product strategy that reflects Insider’s vision and clearly articulate business value to the product team.
  • Define release processes and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market.
  • Manage and prioritize product items, own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
  • Continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and analyze metrics to assess feature performance, customer satisfaction, and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to the team, inspiring performance and responsibility.
  • Create great products that users love.

Qualifications

  • Experience using and applying Large Language Models; proficiency in prompt engineering and model tuning.
  • Hands‑on experience building or using LLM‑powered agentic solutions.
  • Experience establishing and refining quality and accuracy processes for conversational AI channels (nice to have).
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience in Agile product development.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering projects on a time‑bounded schedule.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine‑tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy).
  • Experience with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
  • Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low‑code/no‑code tools and drag‑and‑drop automation platforms.
  • Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate them into detailed product specifications.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
