As a AI Product Manager with expertise in AI and cloud technologies at WinCan Poland you will play a crucial role in leading the development and evolution of our AI and cloud-based products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
responsibilities :
a) Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and technology trends.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and cloud technologies to enhance product capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
b) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Cloud Infrastructure teams to define product requirements, specifications, and technical architecture.
Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
c) Market and Customer Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for AI and cloud-based products.
d) Product Performance and Optimization:
Monitor key product metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate on product features, user experience, and overall product quality.
Continuously optimize product performance, scalability, and reliability leveraging cloud technologies and best practices.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Min. 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
Deep understanding of AI algorithms, cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and software development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
