Were building an AI Client Innovation team that turns whats newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.
The gap were closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients cant adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.
Youll own the infrastructure that makes the team faster. Agentic engineering workflows, MCPs, plugins, skills, AGENTS.md, integrations with coding agents, the shipping flywheel. Every week, the team should ship more easily than the week before. Youre still a builder first. When theres no tooling work, you ship client increments alongside the rest of the team.
This is a hands-on role. Youll build internal tools, contribute to client work, and continuously improve how we work.
? 26 days of annual service break.
? An additional pool of 14 days per year paid at 80% of your standard rate.
?? English lessons.
