About The Role: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and develop new acquisition channels through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with AI industry key players which provide digital services and products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a partnership strategy focused on acquisition and collaboration with companies within AI industries (which provide digital services and products) to supply e.g. ZEN accounts, e-commerce products for handling payments etc.
  • Close cooperation with CEO on handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Building relationships with e-commerce platform providers and open-source communities to promote ZEN.COM as the preferred payment solution
  • Negotiating and securing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with ZEN.COM’s strategic objectives
  • Coordinating integration efforts with internal teams (Product, IT, Operations, Marketing, Compliance & Legal, Risk, etc.) to create partnership and brand awareness ZEN.COM etc.
  • Monitoring and optimizing partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities
  • Representing ZEN.COM at industry conferences, events, and webinars to promote our solutions and attract potential partners

What You’ll Need

  • At least 6 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships, preferably in fintech, payments, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record in securing and managing partnerships with software houses, payment service providers, or e-commerce solution providers
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep knowledge/experience of AI industry companies responsible for providing digital services and products
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) – both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a results-driven approach
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to evaluating partnership opportunities
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
