Join the AI Narrative Designer role at Immersion Labs. Immersion Labs creates VR, AR, AI, and game engine solutions to meet real needs in education, health care, defense, military training, and service. The team designs virtual training simulations, advanced therapeutic programs and interactive learning platforms that engage users and open new possibilities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed conversation scenarios and behavioral guidelines for AI characters.
• Design organized educational pathways and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content.
• Test and refine AI responses to ensure consistency and quality user experience.
• Document prompt engineering strategy and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI projects—hobby, commercial, academic, or personal experiments with models and prompts.
• Strong writing skills—dialogue, description, scenario, and narration with precision and audience sensitivity.
• Professional experience—understanding of responsibilities, deadlines, and communication.
• Knowledge of language model operation—interest in how they work and what drives them.
• Analytical and empathetic thinking—view text from the user’s eyes, spot inconsistencies, anticipate reactions.
• Excellent English and Polish communication in speech and writing.

Preferred Background

• Customer‑facing communication experience—service, sales, support.
• Psychology, education, training, copywriting, or linguistics background.
• Understanding of educational design or UX writing fundamentals.

Recruitment Process

• On‑site interview—product tour and team meeting.

Compensation and Benefits

• B2B salary 6,000–9,000 PLN + VAT.
