AI Narrative Designer – Immersion Labs
Join Immersion Labs’ team of innovators creating immersive AI‑driven educational experiences. As an AI Narrative Designer, you’ll shape dialogue, scenario flow, and learning pathways across virtual coaching simulations.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed conversational scripts and behavioral guidelines for AI characters.
- Design structured educational journeys and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop content and training materials.
- Test and refine AI responses to ensure consistency, quality, and user experience.
- Document prompt‑engineering strategy and best practices.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with AI (personal projects, academic work, or professional experimentation with models and prompts).
- Strong writing skills—able to create dialogues, scenarios, and narratives with nuance and clarity.
- Professional work experience (not required AI‑specific) demonstrating responsibility, timeline adherence, and communication.
- Understanding of language model operation—interest in how models work and what drives their behavior (coding not required).
- Analytical and empathetic thinking—able to view text through the user’s eye, spot inconsistencies, and anticipate reactions.
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Background
- Experience in customer‑facing communication roles (client support, sales, assistance).
- Background in psychology, education, training, copywriting, or linguistics.
- Knowledge of educational design fundamentals or UX writing.
Recruitment Process

- 60‑minute online interview with product head and project manager.
- Office visit for deeper product and team insight.
