As the AI/ML Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering AI/ML solutions that drive value for our clients. You will also play a key and active role in pre-sales activities, defining company offering, lead discovery workshops, and provide hands-on consulting. Your expertise will help establish and grow our AI/ML and Data Management practice, positioning Knowit Poland as a leader in the field.
responsibilities :
Lead the development and delivery of AI/ML and Data Management solutions.
Engage in pre-sales activities, including participation in defining company offer, client consultations, discovery workshops, and inspiration events.
Design and implement AI/ML and Data solutions based on public cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure).
Establish and grow Knowit Polands AI/ML and Data practices.
Serve as the technical and professional lead in AI/ML and Data areas.

Extensive experience in AI/ML, Data Science / Data Engineering / Data Management.
Strong background in public cloud platforms (eg. Azure)
Proven experience in consulting, pre-sales, and solution delivery.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead AI/ML and Data solutions.
Hands on practice in designing and building GenAI based solutions
Hands on practice in utilizing GenAI
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
