AI/ML Tech Leader – vehicle leasing sector (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Tech Leader to drive AI‑powered improvements across our IT ecosystem, enhancing both employee and customer experiences. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, guide the adoption of intelligent automation, and act as a strategic partner for business and IT teams.

Your tasks

• Defining the AI and digital experience vision, roadmap, and architecture
• Leading AI‑driven transformation initiatives, improving efficiency and user satisfaction
• Overseeing end‑to‑end AI solution delivery (concepting, prototyping, testing, deploying, scaling)
• Managing the integration of AI and automation tools into existing IT platforms
• Driving intelligent automation initiatives (chatbots, virtual agents, workflow automation, predictive insights)
• Guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, cloud platforms and IT ecosystems
• Experience with MLOps, model governance, and monitoring practices
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate clearly at all levels
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and ethical AI principles
• Experience in leading cross‑functional technical teams in large organizations
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Openness to commuting to the office in Warsaw 2 days a week
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
