Our research project is building an intelligent diagnostic system that revolutionize cloud platform operations through generative AI solutions. Youll be working on cutting-edge research that bridges computational linguistics and distributed AI systems. Were developing novel approaches that address fundamental gaps in current scientific knowledge: •Advanced semantic processing of heterogeneous technical data •State-of-the-art hierarchical multi-agent architectures enabling complex task orchestration This is genuinely novel research—were creating the mathematical foundations and algorithms that dont yet exist in academic literature or commercial products. This isnt purely academic research. Youll see your work evolve from mathematical models through experimental validation to a working prototype tested on real data from production environments. Your research will be published in conferences, and the resulting system will be deployed commercially. Youll have the creative freedom to explore multiple approaches, the resources to test ambitious ideas, and the satisfaction of contributing both to scientific knowledge and practical solutions that teams will use every day. Your responsibilities Design and implement system architecture integrating data processing with LLM-based components Research and develop hierarchical multi-agent architectures with custom communication protocols Develop experimental frameworks and evaluation pipelines for testing different algorithmic strategies Build agent orchestration systems with specialized roles and validation mechanisms Conduct controlled experiments and A/B testing comparing different system configurations Integrate data processing with multi-agent communication into unified prototype Optimize end-to-end system performance, latency, and resource utilization Integrate prototype with production IT infrastructure and validate in real-world environments Document architectural patterns and implementation best practices Our requirements MSc in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering or related field Strong expertise in LLM-based applications and prompt engineering Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) Solid experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures Experience with vector databases Experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration frameworks Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices Experience with asynchronous programming and distributed systems Understanding of system architecture patterns and API design Ability to build experimental frameworks and conduct controlled testing Experience with performance profiling and optimization Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently across multiple project phases Good command of Polish and English Optional Background in research prototyping and experimental validation Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Experience building production-grade LLM applications Knowledge of observability platforms (Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog) Exposure to academic research methodologies or participation in research projects Scientific publication record What we offer Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Poland Research Autonomy: High degree of independence in experimental design and methodology Small Expert Team: Direct collaboration with research leaders, minimal bureaucracy Startup Mentality: Fast decision-making, open communication, impact-focused culture Modern Infrastructure: Access to cloud computing resources, latest AI tools and frameworks Cutting-edge research: Work on unsolved problems at the frontier of AI applications Scientific impact: Co-author publications in journals or conferences About Us Trilagi Sp. z o.o. is a technology startup stands at the forefront of AI innovation, developing next-generation solutions that revolutionize cloud platform operations through generative AI solutions.
