Requirements

• Master’s / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML/AI stacks
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI) and MLOps principles
• Practical understanding of data engineering (ETL, data cleaning, schema structuring)
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience with Multi‑Agent Reinforcement Learning (PyMARL)
• Experience in fine‑tuning or adapting LLMs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions
• Participate in evaluation and analysis of AI‑driven solutions for industry applications
• Collaborate with data engineers on ETL and knowledge ingestion pipelines
• Support pre‑sales PoCs and cross‑functional demos showcasing AI/ML capabilities
