Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML models in production, ensuring seamless integration with GSK’s infrastructure, from development and deployment to scaling and decommissioning
Monitor and maintain production models, optimizing their performance and proactively addressing potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient AI/ML infrastructure that meets enterprise standards for security, reliability, and performance.
Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging tools and technologies to enhance model performance, scalability, and robustness
Ensure all deployments meet GSK’s security, quality, and regulatory requirements.

requirements-expected :

Master’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Python, R, and Bash for model development and scripting.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
Solid experience with Azure Cloud and familiarity with Databricks.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and preparation to support AI/ML model development.
