We’re extending an AI/ML engineering team focused on applied research and productisation of forecasting, optimisation, and generative AI models.Our projects span IoT, energy systems, automation, and AI R&D, combining classical data science with cutting-edge AI, GenAI data processing, transformation or generation.
You’ll join a team that works across several projects, including:
Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS) – forecasting and optimisation of energy use,
Reinforcement Learning for real-world control systems,
GenAI / LLM & Prompt Engineering experiments to automate R&D workflows.We’re looking for an engineer with a broad AI/ML skillset and curiosity to explore new techniques across domains.
? Location: Remote or hybrid in Wrocław
? Contract: B2B
? Rate: 140–180 PLN/h plus VAT
? About the role
You’ll take part in developing forecasting models, optimisation pipelines, and Reinforcement Learning agents, as well as supporting LLM driven workflows for analysis and experiment automation. The role involves hands-on model development, research, and close collaboration with embedded, data, and software teams.
? Tech stack
Python 3.12, Prophet, LightGBM, ARIMA, PuLP, Hydra, Docker, PyTorch, RLlib, InfluxDB, MQTT, MLFlow, Weights and Biases, GenAI and LLM
responsibilities :
Design and train forecasting models such as LightGBM, Prophet, ARIMA or Transformer based architectures
Build and evaluate RL agents using methods like SAC, PPO or TD3
Develop and extend optimisation pipelines using tools such as PuLP or Pyomo
Create simulation and evaluation environments for ML workflows
Support GenAI based automation for reporting, analysis and experiment design
Collaborate with cross functional teams within R&D initiatives
requirements-expected :
5+ years of hands-on experience in ML / AI (forecasting, optimisation, or similar),
Strong Python skills and fluency with NumPy, Pandas, MLFlow / W&B,
Understanding of optimisation, control systems, and uncertainty modelling,
Familiarity or interest in Reinforcement Learning,
A problem-solver mindset and comfort working in cross-disciplinary teams.
