• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience with deploying predictive and classification models
• Advanced knowledge of Python and ML libraries
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
• Ability to measure model performance in business terms
• Strong analytical background is highly valued

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure / AWS / GCP
• Previous work in multi-client or consulting environments
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment
