We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building production-ready models to drive content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources. You’ll work closely with business teams to understand requirements and iteratively design and develop innovative solutions.

Must have:

• Strong experience in Document AI/intelligent document processing using both traditional models and Generative AI (especially open-source models).
• Proven track record of delivering production solutions in Python, with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, image processing, and OCR.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Spacy, OpenCV, Regex, or equivalents.
• Experience delivering secure code to production, with a focus on cybersecurity.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Azure core services (VM, Azure CLI, AKS, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in teams releasing to production at a high cadence.
