What will you do?
As an AI/ML Architect, you will use your deep AI/ML expertise to solve challenging problems in the financial sector, including banking and financial services. You will advise stakeholders on solving business problems using analytical methods and tools. You will own the technical engagement and ultimate success of specific implementation projects.
This role requires shaping how decisions are made and involves capturing and sharing best practices within the Data & AI community, while building a strong understanding of the business domain you are working in.
Your role will bridge architecture, Data & AI.
- Act as a trusted advisor and reference point for AI/ML-enabled solutions within the organization and for clients, working independently with senior stakeholders
- Support pre-sales and client engagements by helping to pitch and position the team and its solutions to senior-level stakeholders
- Capture and share best practices in AI/ML and solution design across teams, contributing to the continuous evolution of the AI portfolio
- Experience in designing analytical solutions to solve business problems (e.g. decisioning, optimization, risk management, fraud detection)
- Experience in solving complex business problems with AI solutions, such as ML-based systems, AI agents, chatbots, AML or advanced analytics
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks (e.g. LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, vector databases, model serving, MLOps)
- Practical knowledge of the modern data landscape and familiarity with leading analytics platforms
- Experience in leveraging cloud solutions with one of the leading public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of modern architectures, including microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, API management, event-driven systems, and agentic systems
- Understanding of non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability, resilience, and governance)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and confidently engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
- Ability to support sales and offering development, including creating proposals and solution blueprints for clients
Nice to have
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is highly desirable
