  • Do you want to move AI out of the cloud and into autonomous systems that fly, see, decide, and act in real time?
  • At QuantumFly, we are building next-generation autonomous aerial drones powered by advanced AI and computer vision. As AI Lead, you will report directly to the CTO and take full ownership of the AI and vision stack behind our autonomous drone platform.
  • You will start hands-on - designing, training, optimising, and deploying models on embedded systems. Over time, you will build and lead your own AI team, shaping the technological direction of our autonomy layer.
  • This is about AI controlling real hardware, overcoming physical constraints, working in real environments.

responsibilities :


  • Design, train, and optimize real-time computer vision models (YOLO-class)
  • Deploy and optimize AI models for edge devices (Raspberry Pi + Hailo or equivalent)
  • Build AI-based perception and decision logic integrated with flight controlers
  • Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment
  • Work closely with robotics and flight engineers
  • Define AI architecture and standards

requirements-expected :


  • Several years of experience in ML / Deep Learning
  • Strong computer vision background
  • YOLO / object detection experience
  • PyTorch, OpenCV
  • Dataset preparation and annotation
  • Edge deployment experience
