Define and drive AI strategy across multiple projects and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives — from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, through modeling and validation, to full production rollout.

Mentor and guide data scientists and ML engineers, supporting their technical growth and ensuring high-quality output.
Ensure production readiness of all AI solutions, focusing on reliability, cost efficiency, performance, and governance.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, set priorities, and drive successful project outcomes.
