YOUR ROLE:

As an AI Lead, you will set the strategic and technological direction of projects, drive end-to-end initiatives, and deliver scalable, production ready solutions built on the latest advancements in ML, Generative AI, and agent architectures. Your mission will be to transform visionary concepts into fully operational cloud-based systems that directly influence business outcomes and accelerate clients’ digital transformation.

• Define and drive AI strategy across multiple projects and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives — from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, through modeling and validation, to full production rollout.

• Architect scalable ML and Generative AI systems on modern cloud platforms, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Promote and implement agentic AI patterns and LLM-based architectures wherever they bring measurable impact.
• Establish and enforce engineering excellence, including CI/CD, MLOps best practices, model evaluation frameworks, and robust observability standards.
• Mentor and guide data scientists and ML engineers, supporting their technical growth and ensuring high-quality output.
• Ensure production readiness of all AI solutions, focusing on reliability, cost efficiency, performance, and governance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, set priorities, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Balance innovation with pragmatism, choosing solutions that deliver both technological advancement and sustainable long-term value.term value.
