We are looking for an AI IT Recruiter to handle recruitment for AI/ML specialists as well as other IT and engineering roles depending on project and client needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for AI/ML roles and other IT and engineering positions within outsourcing and R&D projects

• Sourcing candidates (ML Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting

• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ technical and soft skills

• Matching candidates with client requirements, project needs, and budget expectations

• Managing offer processes and negotiating terms with candidates

• Maintaining talent pipelines for both AI/ML and broader IT roles

Apply if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Experience hiring AI/ML specialists is a plus, along with other IT profiles

• Understanding of the IT and AI job market

• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and interview skills

• Experience managing offer processes and negotiations

• Proficiency in ATS systems (Zoho Recruit is a plus) and recruitment tools

• Fluency in Polish and English

• A proactive, result-driven mindset
