AI Innovation Specialist – Finance

Amer Sports – Hybrid, Krakow or Munich

The AI Innovation Specialist drives Amer Sports’ enterprise AI transformation focused on the Finance function. Reporting to Group IT while partnering closely with Finance, the role builds and scales AI agents and automations to enhance forecasting, operational efficiency, reporting automation, and insight generation.

What You Will Be Doing

• AI Opportunity Identification & Assessment – Partner with Global Finance to identify AI use cases, assess feasibility and value impact, and collaborate with OTC, PTP, and RTR teams.
• AI Agent Development & Automation – Design and build autonomous AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other platforms to execute financial workflows, create intelligent automation, and deliver proof‑of‑concepts.
• Solution Implementation & Support – Roll out AI solutions, provide training, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Liaise between Finance, IT, and Data teams, share best practices, and enable scalable AI adoption.
• Governance & Reporting – Track AI initiatives, prepare progress updates, value realization reports, and key learnings for stakeholders.

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong understanding of data analytics, generative AI solutions, core AI concepts, and emerging AI tools.
• Solid financial knowledge and familiarity with finance processes and operational pain points.
• Hands‑on experience with AI development platforms (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, agentic automation frameworks, prompt engineering).
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate business problems into structured data or AI use cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in finance, AI, data analytics, or digital technology roles.
• Proven ability to apply AI or data techniques to solve business challenges.
• Experience building agentic AI systems capable of autonomously executing business workflows.
• Consulting, startup, or cross‑functional project experience is an asset.
