Your new role
You’ll be the visual storyteller turning ideas, data, and AI outputs into impactful, human-centered design. From generative art to motion graphics, you create visuals that inspire, persuade, and connect across cultures.
Responsibilities
Design cross-format assets: social graphics, reels, short-form video, ads, landing pages, brand visuals
Use AI platforms (Midjourney, Runway, Pika Labs, etc.) for ideation and production
Collaborate with content and growth teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Adapt visuals for multilingual audiences (English, Arabic, Italian)
Prototype quickly, experiment with formats, and refine based on performance data
Maintain a consistent visual language across platforms

Higher engagement and retention on visual-driven content
Faster delivery from concept to polished output
Strong brand consistency across campaigns
Efficient AI-assisted workflows with fewer revisions
Effective adaptation for diverse cultural contexts
Tools
AI Design: Midjourney, Runway ML, Pika Labs, DALL-E, Leonardo AI
Motion & Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut
Design: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
Collaboration: Notion, Trello, Miro, Frame.io
Optimization: Squoosh, TinyPNG, LottieFiles
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years in graphic, motion, or multimedia design
Strong portfolio of cross-format, emotionally resonant work
Skilled in both traditional and AI design tools
Deep understanding of visual psychology and cultural nuance
Detail-oriented with speed and consistency
Bonus Skills
3D design or interactive animation (Blender, Spline)
Knowledge of AI content verification tools
Creative coding (Processing, TouchDesigner)
