Your responsibilities

  • Lead AI initiatives in Finance & Risk data domain, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  • Introduce and implement modern AI solutions, including generative AI and LLM-based workflows for finance.
  • Analyze existing AI solutions from other areas and identify reusable components for current projects.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines for AI training and inference, collaborating with finance SMEs.
  • Evaluate and improve model performance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and iterative enhancements.
  • Train teams on AI-enabled tools and contribute to documentation and thought leadership

Our requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative/technical field.
  • Strong experience in AI model development and deployment, ideally in the banking or insurance industry.
  • Python (mandatory), SQL.
  • AI expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning and model fine-tuning.
  • Proven track record in data engineering (e.g., Databricks, Spark).
  • Familiarity with finance workflows (risk modeling, valuation, forecasting, regulatory compliance, fraud detection).
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is required.

Optional

  • Java or Scala is a plus.
  • Infrastructure & automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions; container orchestration as RedHat OpenShift).
