• At least 7 years in software engineering, including 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in leading AI/ML engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to real-world business challenges.
• Confident in client-facing settings — able to understand needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills; capable of driving growth and excellence.
• Genuine interest in AI/ML and fluency in collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1), both written and spoken.
