responsibilities :
Independently design, develop, and implement new AI capabilities, ensuring quality and alignment with project requirements
Engage actively in both technical and strategic discussions about ongoing and upcoming development work
Contribute to project planning, providing input on objectives, scope, approach, and deliverables as needed
Clearly communicate the impacts of development choices, challenges, and progress to team members and stakeholders
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and operations
Participate in and drive cross-functional process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery
Assist in establishing and maintaining guidelines, standards, and best practices across applications, ensuring they are documented and accessible to relevant teams
Collaborate with technology stakeholders, researching industry trends to support both project development and operational needs
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in Python, with experience in FastAPI
Knowledge in Retrieval-Augmented Generation
Ability to craft effective prompts for AI applications
Experience with embedding models and databases
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex with multi-agent libraries and frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave
Strong knowledge of Azure, including its AI services and tools; familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus
Advanced skills in data manipulation with tools like Pandas and NumPy
Understanding of data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing; skilled in handling large datasets for tasks like cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment
Excellent English skills (min. B2 level)

Rate up to 150,00 PLN/h + VAT
Remote work (openness to occasional on-site visits at the clients office)
