The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning (ML) solutions that address complex business challenges. This role focuses on building high-performing AI applications in a cloud environment, integrating cutting-edge models such as large language models (LLMs), and leveraging advanced tools for data processing and knowledge retrieval. The AI Engineer works on solutions end-to-end, from ideation to production deployment, while staying updated with emerging trends and technologies.
responsibilities :
Develop and deploy AI applications, such as conversational search tools, multimodal agents, or classification systems.
Build data and language processing pipelines using Langchain and cloud-native services.
Implement knowledge-retrieval systems, leveraging Qdrant, Elasticsearch, or MS AI Search.
Optimize AI/ML models, including fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Python and libraries like Langchain, Streamlit, and ML frameworks.
Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, efficiency metrics, and deployment practices.
Experience with RAG and fine-tuning large language models.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Polish.
