Their mission is to help enterprises automate and streamline complex workflows with generative AI. They are a remote-first organisation with a distributed team and collaborative culture.

Our client is seeking an AI Engineer to strengthen their AI innovation and delivery capabilities, with a particular focus on language-based Generative AI.

The role covers the full AI capability lifecycle:

• Identifying relevant new AI capabilities
• Presenting ideas to the product team
• Facilitating internal learning and understanding
• Prototyping new features
• Specifying, developing, and maintaining production-level AI solutions (in collaboration with engineers and the wider product team)

You will collaborate with consultants, engineers, designers, product specialists, and salespeople to bring solutions from ideation through deployment to value.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, RAG, agents, fine-tuning) and frameworks (LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph)
• Excellent skills in researching, prototyping, and implementing algorithms (AI and non-AI)
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Broad machine learning knowledge beyond generative AI
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
