responsibilities :
The project focuses on implementing a modern, AI-first approach to UX/UI design within the development of a web-based PC application. The main goal of this role is not only to design interfaces but primarily to introduce an AI-first mindset, significantly accelerate mockup and prototype creation, and transform the existing UX/UI workflow into a modern, AI-augmented model.
This role is responsible for building and implementing AI-driven design practices from the ground up - defining the strategy, selecting and integrating appropriate AI tools, and establishing scalable standards and frameworks for their effective use. The person in this position will optimize day-to-day design activities, streamline workflows, and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
Beyond individual contribution, the role has a strong organizational impact - enhancing collaboration between designers, developers, and product teams, introducing AI-enabled best practices, and driving transformation across entire teams. The position combines hands-on expertise, mentoring, and process transformation, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI across all design phases and building scalable, repeatable AI-supported design practices.
requirements-expected :
At least 6 years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications
Proven hands-on experience using AI tools within design processes
Strong understanding of modern UX/UI methodologies
Experience in driving change and increasing overall team productivity through AI-enabled workflow improvements
Experience in building or optimizing design workflows
Experience in mentoring, coaching, or conducting workshops
Ability to bridge design, technology, and business perspectives
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Practical experience leveraging AI across research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and validation phases
Ability to design and implement AI-supported UX/UI workflows
Experience in accelerating mockup and prototype creation using AI tools
