As part of our team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology and innovation, helping clients unlock value from digital enablement with a strong focus on AI. You will support clients with strategic advice around digital and AI enablement, incorporating AI as an important value lever in business transformations and guiding investors around potential disruption risks and value creation opportunities for their assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading digital and AI projects, including (but not limited to) digital and AI strategy, roadmap development, value creation, operating model design and commercial and tech assessments in the M&A context.
• Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with colleagues across the organization.
• Supporting digital and AI initiatives and go‑to‑market for specific sectors (core focus on TMT, industrials, consumer and financial services).
• Collaborating across EY service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, cross‑functional solutions.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting our focus on creating a great workplace (e.g., upskilling the broader team on AI, recruitment).
• Leveraging EY.AI – in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. You will participate in training sessions, use EYQ – your virtual assistant – and other unique tools available exclusively at EY.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 4+ years of experience developing and executing IT strategies or leading large‑scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen combined with technology understanding.
• A passion for how AI and emerging technologies drive business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
• Good command of the English and Polish language in both spoken and written form.
