AI Digital and Strategy Analyst EY-Parthenon

In this role you will be at the intersection of strategy, technology and innovation, helping clients unlock value from digital enablement with a strong focus on AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in digital and AI projects, including strategy, roadmap development, value creation, operating model design, and commercial and technical assessments in M&A contexts.
• Support business development, leading preparation of pitches and presentations and collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
• Advise on digital and AI initiatives and go‑to‑market activities for key sectors (TMT, industrials, consumer and financial services).
• Collaborate across EY service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, cross‑functional solutions.
• Contribute to practice development, including up‑skilling the team on AI and supporting recruitment initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 2–3 years of experience developing and executing IT strategies or leading large‑scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen coupled with a deep understanding of technology.
• Passion for how AI and emerging technologies drive business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of digital and AI technologies (machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with managerial‑level stakeholders and managing diverse interests and expectations.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written.
