We need a DevOps / Cloud Engineer owner who can ensure our infrastructure scales as fast as our user base. Your mission is to ship stable environments, optimize reliability, and support heavy AI workloads (incl. model serving, async jobs) without letting infrastructure become a bottleneck for the product team.
responsibilities :
Infrastructure Ownership: Design and manage deployments for our backend services, ensuring high availability and performance.
CI/CD Excellence: Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to make shipping code fast, repeatable, and low-friction.
Observability & Response: Implement and maintain full-stack observability (logs, metrics, alerts) and take the lead on incident response basics.
AI Workload Support: Optimize infrastructure for AI-specific tasks, including GPU instances, model serving, and efficient queue management.
Security & Cost: Manage secrets, access control, and security best practices while keeping a data-driven eye on cloud costs.
requirements-expected :
Cloud Experience: 3+ years of professional experience with AWS or GCP.
Containerization Mastery: Deep understanding of Docker and modern deployment patterns.
Automation: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) and Linux system administration.
Reliability: Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues calmly and methodically.
AI Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into infrastructure or codebases.
Autonomy: Strong independence and remote work organization.
