AI Developer (Python)

Your responsibilities

• Build AI components for GenAI agents in chat and voice interfaces.
• Develop multi-model inference workflows (e.g., search, STT/NLU).
• Integrate AI agents with APIs via MCP for dynamic responses.
• Optimize RAG retrieval systems and assist with prompt testing.
• Deploy AI models in scalable Kubernetes/Azure environments.
• Monitor performance and assist in logging and tracking.
• Ensure GDPR compliance while working with sensitive data.
• Contribute to documentation and team knowledge-sharing

Our requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in AI/ML, especially for customer care solutions.
• Strong Python and NLP skills.
• Experience with Azure AI services (e.g., ML, Cognitive Services).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud architecture and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
