The CIB AI team, part of CTO DATA, is dedicated to delivering world-class Generative AI experiences for colleagues and clients in an ethical and responsible way. We are expanding our Data Integration team to enable more data to be utilized by Generative AI, unlocking new insights, enhancing decision-making, and creating innovative solutions that drive efficiency and value across the organization.
As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in building data integration solutions, creating data pipelines, and developing microservices that power our Generative AI models. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and shape the future of AI-driven solutions.

- Strong experience in Python development (FastAPI preferred).
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of data integration, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and data virtualization tools.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts, RAGs, and context engineering is a plus.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
