We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of AI Data Agent Developer & Consultant!
responsibilities :
Design and implement AI Data agents and multi-agent systems using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
Build RAG-based solutions integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data
Design prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and grounding approaches
Create PoCs and demo scenarios for client engagements
Collaborate with security and IT teams on governance and compliance
Work with enterprise data sources: SQL, APIs, documents, SharePoint
Understand data architectures (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Fabric) well enough to ground agents effectively
Support data modeling and reporting initiatives where needed
Deliver Copilot and AI Data agent trainings (basic to advanced)
Prepare training materials and hands-on labs
Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Support pre-sales with technical expertise
requirements-expected :
Proven track record building AI Data agents in Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry
Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns
Understanding of Azure environment and enterprise data sources
Ability to work with both structured (SQL, APIs) and unstructured data (documents, PDFs)
Proven experience delivering trainings or workshops
Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple language
Strong presentation skills
Fluent Polish & English
