Project scope:

• Collaborate with various teams to understand and align business objectives and AI project requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs for AI initiatives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify potential AI applications and create use cases.
• Document comprehensive business and functional requirements, including process flow diagrams and user stories.
• Manage AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor AI solution performance, gather user feedback, and work with technical teams to refine and optimize models.
• Track project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and present status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in at least 2 full life cycles of AI project implementations including LLM, NLP, ML, Data Science, or GEN AI scope
• 3-5 experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on AI or advanced analytics in major consulting technology firms
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Good understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Very good English
• Willingness to travel across Europe (about 4-6 business travels per year)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI)
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
