About the project

We are looking for experienced Backend Developer with Java and Python to AI projects.

Your responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven backend solutions utilizing advanced cloud and AI/ML frameworks.
• Seamless integration and deployment of AI models in a cloud environment, primarily Azure, with an emphasis on scalable, high-performance architectures.
• Iplementing AI features, managing cloud resources, optimizing model performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• You will also focus on advanced AI architecture patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic RAG, and real-time data integration, as well as evaluate and optimize model outputs for large-scale, production-grade solutions.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in backend development using Java and Python.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI application development, especially in integrating, deploying, and optimizing cloud-based AI models.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search, for deploying AI applications at scale.
• In-depth understanding of advanced AI architecture patterns, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic RAG, MCP, Functional Calling, and A2A, particularly in Azure environments.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, context engineering, vector databases, embedding/chunking strategies, and real-time data integration.
• Experience in the evaluation and optimization of model outputs.
• Fluency in English
• Location: Hybrid from Kraków.
