• Bachelor’s or Masters or PhD in Computer Science/ Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Proficiency in both Generative AI, Agentic AI and advanced AI/ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML-driven product development.
• Knowledge of P2P/O2C/R2R/ICO/IPO software solutions.
• Proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing, Gen AI, Agentic AI or other advanced AI/ML technologies.
• Expertise in any one cloud stack Azure/AWS/GCP

YOUR ROLE

As an AI Asset and Product Lead, you will drive the development of intelligent, scalable, and business-aligned AI solutions. This role blends strategic product ownership with deep technical fluency in AI/ML and process-specific expertise. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and guide the delivery of AI-powered features that enhance enterprise operations. As a Product Lead you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the identification and implementation of AI/ML technologies to enhance product features. Your role involves gathering requirements, defining user stories, and guiding the development of products that align with business objectives while leveraging the latest advancements in AI and ML.
