About the project

As a team member, you will have the possibility to participate in the design and implementation process of the Service Management & Orchestration (SMO) platform.

SMO is a fully automated system for 4G and 5G RAN and Mobile Core software provisioning, operation, and monitoring in large-scale, multi-cloud environments.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing support in AI-driven services orchestration and automation
  • Developing solutions based on AI and ML models and integrating AI services
  • Implementing integration mechanisms between SMO, OSS, and BSS
  • Preparing high-level design documentation
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Cooperating closely with development teams
  • Ensuring high quality of work

Our requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in systems/software design and development
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems, models, lifecycle, and inference services
  • Knowledge of designing scalable AI-driven architectures
  • Knowledge of telecommunication standards: 3GPP, TM Forum, O-RAN, ETSI, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand source code
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
